The Training and Mobility Desk of Welfare Quality® helps young scientists build and realise their professional plans. It also provides professional help to research groups from Welfare Quality® for the recruitment of scientists. In 2006, five students found a PhD position and one started post-doc studies thanks to the Training and Mobility Desk. One student looking for a PhD and one post-doc are currently being followed up.
