The present call and the selection procedure will follow the timetable outlined below.
Expressions of Interest (Eol) should be submitted to the Project Office of Welfare Quality. All EoIs received will be scrutinised by the Steering Committee (SC), and their evaluation includes timeliness, relevance, quality and added value. All persons who submitted an EoI will be notified of the SC’s decision immediately after the evaluation process has been completed. Successful proposers will be invited to submit Full Proposals (approximately 10-12 pages).
Full Proposals received by the deadline will be sent for evaluation to members of the Advisory Committee (AC) and Scientific Board (SB). The AC, which consists of stakeholders with a clear interest in the results of the WQ project, will evaluate the general approach, timeliness, relevance and likely impact. The SB, which consists of academic experts, will assess the quality of the proposed science (this includes relevance, clarity, quality and innovativeness, feasibility, adequacy and value for money).
The AC and SB report to the Steering Committee, via the Project Office. The AC and SB reports, and the initial views of the SC will be discussed with all members of the Management Committee. Final decisions will be taken by the Steering Committee.
