Scientific Board of the Welfare Quality® project

The Welfare Quality® Scientific Board consists of a core group of six well-respected scientists whose collective expertise encompass most facets of the project.
The SB has three main roles: Firstly, to maintain regular contact with the WQ Steering Committee either through regular correspondence or at annual meetings in which the past performance and future plans of the Steering Committee are evaluated. Secondly, to draw on their collective expertise to ensure that the scientific and technical content of research reports and proposals prepared by project members is of a high quality (important quality criteria include: clarity, innovativeness, feasibility, adequacy, and value for money). Thirdly, to provide advice with regard to incoming and outgoing project participants.
Members of the Scientific Board are independent, i.e. they are not involved in other conflicting EC ventures.
